S. Korea's Kim So-hui Wins Gold in Taekwondo

South Korea's Kim So-hui has won a gold medal in taekwondo at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics.
 
The 22-year-old defeated Tijana Bogdanovic of Serbia seven-six in the women's 49-kilogram event at Carioca Arena 3 on Thursday, bringing home the first taekwondo gold from the Rio games. 
 
Kim is a two-time world champion and was making her Olympic debut in Rio. 
 
Kim's world titles came in the 46-kilogram events in 2011 and 2013 and also won gold in the same weight division at the 2014 Incheon Asian Games.
