It's nearing high noon in Prague, Czech Republic as the International Olympic Committee is preparing to vote on the venue of the 2010 Winter Games.

Prime Minister Goh Kun is leading the last minute vote-getting campaign.

South Korea's Pyeongchang is competing with Vancouver, Canada and Salzburg, Austria.

Media reports say the Canadian city is the undeniable favorite, but South Korea's bidding team is trying to extend the ballot to the second round hoping for a come-from-behind victory in the runoff voting.

The IOC is scheduled to announce the result of the voting shortly after midnight Thursday.
