Marvel Studios to Film 'Black Panther' in S. Korea

U.S. motion picture company Marvel Studios will film its latest blockbuster "Black Panther" in South Korea.
 
Walt Disney Company Korea, the distributor of the film, said Friday that the movie will be shot in South Korea and Atlanta for release in February of next year.
 
Directed by Ryan Coogler, "Black Panther" will feature the king of Wakanda who is drawn into conflict as enemies vie for the fictional metal vivranium.
 
Chadwick Boseman as the Black Panther will be joined by Academy award winner Forest Whitaker and Lupita Nyong'o of "12 Years a Slave."
 
Marvel filmed part of “Avengers: Age of Ultron” in Seoul in 2015.
