Magnus Kim Secures S. Korea's 1st Ever Gold in Men's Cross-country Skiing

Cross-country skier Magnus Kim has won a gold medal in the eighth Winter Asian Games that kicked off in Sapporo on Sunday.
 
Kim finished first with three minutes and eleven-point-40 seconds in the men's one-point-four kilometer sprint classical final at the Shirahatayama Open Stadium on Monday.
 
Kim is the first South Korean to grab a gold medal in the men's cross country-skiing event in the Winter Asian Games.
 
Kim, whose father is Norwegian and mother is Korean, won two gold medals in the 2016 Winter Youth Olympics which was held in Lillehammer, Norway.
