Anchor: The race to Olympic gold in skeleton will be a dogfight if competition is anything like Friday's World Cup in Pyeongchang. South Korea's Yun Sung-bin slid in for a silver medal between two Latvian powerhouses in the sport, but the young Korean said this was just a test.
Bruce Harrison tells us more.

"50 seconds, this could be a tie or will Martins Dukurs win it. He does win it by a 100th of a second!"

The 23-year-old finished second, clinching silver at the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF) World Cup's men's skeleton competition held at Alpensia Sliding Centre in PyeongChang, the host of next year's Winter Olympics. He had a combined time of one minute 1:41.52 seconds in two races.

Yun told KBS the best is yet to come.

"The result is of course a bit disappointing. But this competition is not my final goal. It's a test stage to figure out what I need to prepare for more."

Martins Dukurs of Latvia finished first by just one hundredth of a second (1:41.51). His older brother Tomass Dukurs finished in third (1:42.16).

The competition was the eighth and final World Cup of the season.
