The Canadian Embassy said Friday a 100-member Canadian delegation will visit South Korea next Wednesday to mark the 50th anniversary of the signing of the truce agreement that ended the Korean War.

The embassy said the delegation will include Rey Pagtakhan, minister of veterans affairs, Canadian legislators and Korean War veterans.

During the 10-day visit, the delegates will attend a ceremony at the U.S. Army base in Yongsan, and visit the truce village of Panmunjeom and the U.N. Memorial Cemetery in Busan.
