Ten KBS programs won awards at the 50th WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival.
 
KBS announced on Tuesday that “Descendants of the Sun” grabbed a special jury award in the TV series dramatic category while “The 1592 War” won the special jury award in the category of information, culture or historical programming segment.
 
“The Secrets of Life and Death:The Miraculous Brain” took the special jury award in the area of health and wellness while “Love in the Moonlight” won the platinum award in TV series-dramatic.
 
“KBS Special-I Am the Murderer, Confession of the Real Criminal” won the gold in the category of investigative journalism while “Singing Battle” seized the gold award in the field of entertainment.
 
KBS also grabbed awards in the category of documentary.
