An international 3D printing expo will be held in Gumi in North Gyeongsang Province this week.
The 3D Printing International Arena 2017(3DPIA) will open on Thursday at the Gumico convention center for a three-day run.
Consisting of an exhibition, conferences, and a special show on 3D printed fashions, the fair will extensively present directions for the convergence of 3D printing and the electronics industry.
Seventy-one companies from ten countries will introduce their products and technologies at 212 booths at the exhibition. A users’ conference will focus on next-generation innovations created by the convergence of 3D printing and the electronics industry.
Visitors will have opportunities to learn about the cutting-edge printing and print out three-dimensional objects through hands-on programs.
Eight Asian countries will share the newest industrial trends and information at the second Asia 3D Printing Union Summit.
