South Korea has advanced to the round of 16 in the FIFA U-20 World Cup with a second place finish in Group A.

After winning its first two matches and securing a ticket to the next round, Team Korea lost to England 1-0 in its third and final group match.

Korea finished with six points, just one point behind England.

Next up is the first knockout round. Korea will play in Cheonan, South Korea, on Tuesday against the team that finishes second in Group C. Zambia currently leads Group C with six points followed by Iran with three points. 

South Korea is hosting the U-20 World Cup in several arenas throughout the country.
