S. Korea, Iraq Draw 0-0 in Friendly Football Match

South Korea’s national football team drew 0-0 in a friendly match with Iraq on Wednesday, ahead of another final qualifying round match for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
 
South Korea was lackluster throughout the match at Emirates Club Stadium in the United Arab Emirates, failing to record a single shot on target. 
 
Ranked 43rd by FIFA, South Korea is currently runner-up in Group A in the final qualifying round for the 2018 FIFA World Cup to be held in Russia, while the 120th-ranked Iraq is placed fifth in Group B.
 
South Korea will play Qatar for their eighth match of the final round on Tuesday of next week.
 
With four victories, one draw and two losses so far, South Korea is trailing Iran by four points in Group A.
