The South Korean organizer of an international urban cross-country running event, called hashing, will hold a promotion event this week, 100 days ahead of its launch. 
 
Any citizens or tourists, local or foreign, can participate in the “Hash Event Run” to be held on Saturday near Yeongnang Lake in Sokcho, Gangwon Province, the venue of the Pan Asia Hash 2017.
 
Hashing is a noncompetitive cross-country adventure running event. The participants are divided into two groups, the Hare group and the Harrier group which follow them.  
 
The Pan Asia Hash 2017 will be held for the first time in South Korea from October 26th to October 29th with around three-thousand-500 athletes expected to attend the event.
