The Seoul Metropolitan Government will hold a festival under the theme of rainwater from Thursday to Saturday of this week at the Seoul Plaza.
 
The Rain Festival will present various programs through which visitors can have a wide range of experiences, including making souvenirs and learning the dangers of storms and floods. The event will also feature concerts and movies.
 
On the last day of the festival on Saturday, a special concert will open at the Seoul Plaza at 8 p.m.
