Comic Con Seoul is set to open for the first time at COEX in southern Seoul Friday afternoon.
 
The pop culture convention which started in San Diego in 1970 allows comic and game fans as well as businesses to check out the latest trends and meet artists, actors and business experts.
 
For three days, more than 100 exhibitors will display their products to fans and the general public.
 
The convention is organized and hosted by global event organizer ReedPOP and stars like Steven Yeun from "The Walking Dead" and Mads Mikkelsen from American TV series "Hannibal" and Hollywood film "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" will be in attendance.
