The presidential office of Cheong Wa Dae has selected top traditional specialty foods representing each province around the country to be used as presidential souvenirs. Among them were tangerine chocolate from Jeju Island and traditional-style cake from South Gyungsang province. A Cheong Wa Dae official said they will be presented as souvenirs to local and foreign dignitaries visiting the president, and used for presidential functions at Cheong Wa Dae to promote the excellence of Korean food products.
