Paris, Los Angeles Confirmed as Hosts of Olympics

The International Olympic Committee(IOC) unanimously voted the winners at the 131st IOC Session in Lima, Peru on Wednesday.
It will be the third time for both Paris and Los Angeles to host the Olympics. London is the only other city to have hosted three times.
For the French capital, it will be the 100th year since it last hosted the games in 1924. French President Emmanuel Macron hailed the decision as a “victory for France.”
