Kia Tigers Capture 2017 Korean Series Title

With four wins and one loss in the best-of-seven series, the Tigers took the title for the first time in eight years.
The Tigers beat the Doosan Bears 7-6 in the fifth game of the series at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on Monday.
The Tigers also claimed the top spot during the regular league.
Kia last won the Korean Series in 2009. With the latest victory, it has now won the series a total of eleven times since 1982 when the Korea Baseball Organization was founded.
