Rookie Park Sung-hyun Wins Three LPGA Honors

Rookie South Korean golfer Park Sung-hyun has won three major LPGA honors this season.

Park finished sixth at the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship at Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Florida on Sunday, at 12-under 276.

However, the 24-year-old golfer, who already won the Rookie of the Year award last month, clinched the tour's money title for the season after fellow South Korean Ryu So-yeon, who was ranked second behind Park in terms of official money, finished 30th at five-under.

Park also shared the Player of the Year honor with Ryu.

Park has become the first rookie to win the three LPGA honors in the same season since American legend Nancy Lopez in 1978.
