Five years after Psy's Gangnam Style took the Internet by storm, the music video for the smash hit reached three billion views on Youtube on Sunday morning.

That's the highest view count for any Korean singer in history. 
 
Since its release in July 2012, the catchy song has swept up a number of global awards including MTV Europe Music Award for best video and a 'New Media Prize' at the American Music Awards.
 
Psy's other songs are also enjoying widespread popularity. His 2013 single Gentleman has garnered more than a billion views, while 'Daddy' and 'Hangover' have tallied 300 million.
