S. Korea Issues First Cold Wave Advisory This Winter

South Korean authorities are getting set to issue this Winter's first cold wave advisory.

Temperatures hovered at minus ten Celsius Monday morning and are expected to dip to minus 12 early Tuesday.

The Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA) says cold wave watches will be extended to other parts of the country from 10pm Monday night, including Seoul, Incheon and parts of Gyeonggi and Gangwon provinces.

It is the first cold wave advisory this winter for the capital.
