Most S. Korean Regions Remain Frosty Until Late Tuesday

A day after the winter's first cold wave advisory for many parts of the country, South Korea remains a very frosty place.

The Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA), reports temperatures well below zero, including a mercury reading of minus six Celsius in Seoul.

Incheon is hovering at minus six-point-four degrees, and Imsil in North Jeolla Province is at minus four-point-four degrees.

Morning lows and daytime highs on Tuesday are colder than average at all 54 major measurement spots across the country, including Seoul, where Tuesday's morning low of minus 12-point-three was ten degrees colder than average.
