A heavy rain warning has been issued for the central region as of Tuesday night with 150 millimeters of rain falling in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Seoul is expected to see around 170 millimeters of rainfall Wednesday morning with an additional thirty to sixty millimeters of rain expected throughout the day. Afternoon highs will range from 26 to 31 degrees Celsius.
