CNN has selected the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang as number one on its list of 18 things to look forward to in 2018.

Noting that the Winter Olympics will be held in South Korea for two weeks in February, the broadcaster said Wednesday that the women’s Nigerian bobsled team will compete, marking the first time ever for the African nation to be represented at the Winter Games.

The list also includes the royal wedding of Prince Harry and American actress Meghan Markle, the World Cup in Russia and a private company's launch of a tour to the moon.
