The National Assembly is offering subsidies to companies that recruit young unemployed people. The parliamentary Committee on Commerce, Industry and Energy will deliberate a bill on providing the employment incentives at a session Friday. The committee also plans to call for the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy to come up with measures to prevent the hollowing-out of domestic manufacturing industries caused by the rapid increase in overseas investment and decrease in the creation of local manufacturing businesses.
