Volunteers in Red Guiding Visitors in Pyeongchang

Visitors to theOlympic host city of Pyeongchang can look for volunteers wearing red or bluebooths for help with tourism or interpretation.
 
People wearing red are volunteers of Gangwon Province.
 
Currently 480 provincial volunteers are in Pyeongchang serving at various locations including the Pyeongchang and Jinbu train stations, the intercity bus terminal, tourist information offices and also the Pyeongchang rest stop on Yeongdong Expressway.
 
Four guide teams are also volunteering in three Pyeongchangtownships of Bongpyeong, Jinbu and Daegwallyeong.
 
They assist visitors with tourist, traffic and geographical information and also provide language services.
 
There are also 27 blue information booths across Pyeongchang.
 
The chief of Pyeongchang County's Olympic steering committee said Saturday that when visitors need help, they can look for volunteers wearing red clothes to receive accurate, friendly guidance.
