With one day left until the Chusok holidays, millions of people are heading to their hometowns. The number of cars leaving and entering Seoul is gradually rising, with many elementary schools and business firms taking the day off for the convenience of homebound travelers who leave on Tuesday, a day before the three-day Chusok holidays. The Korean Highway Corporation said, starting noon Tuesday, it will put in place a system allowing express buses to use bus-only-lanes and will control the entrance and exit of cars that want to use the highway for short distances.
