Two years after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, U.S. President George W. Bush said Thursday that Osama bin-Laden's Al Qaeda group continues to plot anti-U.S. operations.

In an address at the FBI academy, Bush said the past twenty-four months had seen progress in the U.S. war against terrorism, with two-thirds of Al Qaeda leaders dead or in custody.

Bush stressed that plots against U.S. citizens continue, even while adding that the U.S. would never forget the evil terrorists responsible for the 9/11 attacks, and would step up investigations against terrorism.
