On the eve of the second anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks, Arab broadcaster Al Jazeera has aired a new videotape purporting to be of Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Ladin and his top lieutenant.

Al Jazeera broadcast the footage of the two Al Qaeda leaders, which some believe had been shot sometime in April or May of this year. The videotape shows the two walking extensively over a mountainous and rocky landscape, while a voice speaks in Arab over the video images, calling on Islamic martyrs around the world to 'bury' the Americans.

In the tape, the voice, purported to be that of Ayman Al Zawarhi, bin-Laden's top lieutenant and personal physician, also exhorted Iraqi brethren fighting against the 'crusaders'.
