South Korea has sealed its place at a Ladies Professional Golf Association(LPGA) international team tournament set to be held in Incheon later this year.

The Korean team will be one of eight countries to compete at the 2018 UL International Crown competition after it finished top of the qualification standings for the tournament.

The team standings were determined by the world ranking positions of the top four players from each country and finalized on Tuesday following the conclusion of the U.S. Women's Open over the weekend.

South Korea will be joined at the tournament by the U.S., Japan, England, Australia, Thailand, Sweden and Taiwan. Each country will be represented by their four best-ranked female golfers as of July second.

The 2018 UL International Crown will be held between October fourth and seventh at Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea in Incheon, marking the first time it will be played outside the U.S.
