North Korea appears to have removed a structure related to the regime’s ballistic missile program.

The U.S.-based North Korea-monitoring website 38 North revealed new satellite imagery on Wednesday that it says shows a shelter at the March 16 Factory has been “torn down, rebuilt and then dismantled again” over the past eight months.

38 North did not speculate on the nature of the shelter's removal, but said it's related to the North’s ballistic missile program.

According to 38 North, the factory located some 30 kilometers northeast of Pyongyang, was built in 1977 to produce heavy trucks for both civilian and military use. It was recently confirmed to have been used to support the North’s ballistic missile program.
