The World Health Organization has again warned against the possible recurrence of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome next month.

The health organization said nations around the globe must take precautionary measures to counter another possible outbreak of the deadly flu-like illness, citing that the first SARS case appeared around November of last year.

WHO officials said if the viral disease does emerge again, it would likely originate from contact with wild animals in the northeast Asian region or from a medical lab.
