Federal Prosecutor: Travelers to N. Korea Don

A U.S. Federal Prosecutor says U.S. nationals and those with permanent U.S. residency can visit North Korea without any limitations.

Federal prosecutor Brian Miller made the remarks last week during a debate on human rights in which officials of the FBI and INS were present.

Miller reportedly said that if a U.S. citizen or a person with permanent U.S. residency wants to visit the communist state, all they need is a visa, adding that they do not need the American government
