Prime Minister Goh Kun has dropped in to offer words of encouragement to South Koreans living in Los Angeles while on his way to Mexico City to take part in a global forum on administrative reform.

In a meeting with some two-hundred South Koreans on Saturday, Goh promised to provide support to Korean residents living abroad and asked the participants to contribute to strengthening ties between South Korea and the United States.
