The fourth Korea-China-Japan software component conference is taking place at the Federation of Korean Industries headquarters in Seoul.

Some five-thousand software industries-related businesspeople of the three countries will discuss ways to strengthen cooperation in software and IT fields in the northeast Asian region.

Software exhibitions and various discussion forums on the global trends of key IT technologies and their future direction will also be held during the six-day event, which kicked off on Tuesday.
