South Korea and China have agreed to join hands in developing fourth-generation mobile communication technology.
The Ministry of Information and Communication said Sunday that the two countries also agreed on the need to work together to come up with new standards and produce the necessary technology for future mobile communication.
The agreement was announced after the conclusion of talks with officials from China's science ministry that were held from Friday to Saturday in Seoul.
