Korea Became a Signatory of IPHE

The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy said Friday that South Korea signed a letter of implementation for the IPHE, an organization seeking to boost international cooperation for the development of an eco-friendly hydrogen fuel battery.

The ministry said it will work together with the IPHE in the development of the hydrogen energy source.

In a key-note speech at the IPHE opening convention in Wahington, Vice Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy Kim Chil-doo called on the member nations to actively seek international cooperation to develop new energy sources like hydrogen.
