Seoul Sends Message of Condolence to Iran Following Devastating Quake

Foreign Ministry officials said Saturday that South Korea has sent a message of condolence to Iran after the Gulf state was rocked by a devastating earthquake that officials fear may have killed up to 20,000 people.

Seoul also plans to provide emergency relief funds and dispatch rescue workers to help in recovery efforts.
