Launching Ceremony for Special Counsel Team to Be Held Jan. 5th

A ceremony marking the launch of a special counsel team led by Counselor Kim Jin-hong, will be held in southern Seoul on January 5th.
Following the ceremony, the special counsel team will hold a news conference on its direction of investigation into a campaign money scandal involving close aides of President Roh Moo-hyun.
Special counsel Kim said he had finished designating three assistant counsels and three other prosecutors, along with 16 other officials and experts, to help investigate the suspects involved in the slush fund scandal.
