Daily COVID-19 cases dropped back to the 300s after two days in the 400 range, but the accumulated caseload surpassed 80-thousand. 

The Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency(KDCA) said that as of 12:00 a.m. Friday, 370 additional people tested positive, raising the country's cumulative total to 80-thousand-131.

It has been one year and 16 days since the first infection was detected locally last January 20.
