N. Korea and Russia Sign Border Treaty

North Korea and Russia have signed a protocol officially defining the border between the two countries.

The Voice of Russia quoting Itar-Tass news agency said Tuesday that the Russian-North Korean demarcation committee successfully reached the agreement, wrapping up negotiations that began in 19-86.

But the reports did not disclose the venue of the talks, the number of North Korean participants and the details of the agreement.
