Kelly Urges N. Korea to Follow Libya's Stead

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State James Kelly has urged North Korea to follow the example of Libya and completely dismantle its nuclear weapons program.

At a seminar on denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula held in Washington Friday, Kelly said North Korea's nuclear weapons program has advanced far more than previously expected. Kelly based his comments on U.S. intelligence on the communist state and a recent testimony by Pakistan
