Bolton: N. Korea Must Follow Libya

Washington is refusing to offer concessions to North Korea unless Pyongyang agrees to dismantle its nuclear weapons programs first.
Undersecretary of State John Bolton reiterated the U.S. position Monday in Beijing. He also urged North Korea to follow the example of Libya and renounce nuclear weapons. Last November, Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi said his government was renouncing nuclear weapons and promised to open the country
