Seoul city has announced a plan to set up a large-scale flea market on an islet in the Han River.

City officials said the five-thousand-800 square meter flea market will be set up at Tuksom Island next month.

The market will be open once a month on the third Saturday of the month from April and twice a month in September and October.

Used goods of various types are expected to change hands at some five-hundred stalls to be established there.
