China, N. Korea Expresses Readiness to Abolish Nuke Program

Japanese media say North Korea has expressed its willingness to ``freeze all its nuclear activities' on the premise of an ultimate dismantlement.
The Tokyo Shimbun newspaper said Monday that Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi told Japanese Vice Foreign Minister Ichiro Aisawa during a meeting in Beijing that North Korea has expressed "readiness" to abolish its nuclear program.
