Samsung Electronics, the steady global leader in the NAND flash market, has further increased its share to 34 percent.

According to Taiwanese market tracker TrendForce on Thursday, the South Korean tech giant’s NAND flash sales in the second quarter jumped 12-point-five percent from the first quarter to five-point-59 billion U.S. dollars.

With the strong performance, its market share rose by a half percentage point from the January-March period.
