Six party talks end with no breakthrough announced

Six party talks on the North Korean nuclear dispute has come to an end with no breakthrough announced.

Delegates in Beijing concluded a four-day discussion on
North Korean nuclear program Saturday with a chair statement. They failed to adopt a full-fledged joint statement as they stopped short of reaching to a full agreement.

In the closing ceremony, China's Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing praised representatives of the six-party delegations for their "in-depth and constructive attitudes" towards the talks and evaluated positively an agreement to form lower-level working groups for continued discussions.

The statement was released a couple of hours after the ceremony by China
