Two Koreas Exchange Lists for Family Reunion

South and North Korea have exchanged their respective lists of two-hundred separated family members ahead of another family reunion.

Officials of the South Korean Red Cross said that the two sides exchanged the lists at the truce village of Panmunjeom Saturday. The two sides will check the fate and whereabouts of the reunion candidates and notify each other of the results by the middle of next month.

After confirming whether the relatives are alive, officials will narrow down the list to one-hundred. Priority will be given to the elderly and those looking for immediate family members.
