South and North Korea Meet in Economic Talks

South and North Korea plan to sign an agreement on economic cooperation on Thursday during a full session of inter-Korean economic cooperation talks.

Since the talks opened Wednesday in Seoul, the two sides have been discussing the reconnection of cross-border railways and roads as well as the first phase of the construction of the Gaesong Industrial complex.
