S. Korea to Participate in Iraq Oil Projects

South Korea may get its own share of the pie in post-war Iraqi oil development projects.
In London, Rep. Im Chae-jung of the Uri Party met a senior official of the Iraqi Governing Council, who asked for South Korea's participation in the projects to rebuild the war-torn nation.
Rep. Im said the official thanked South Korea for its help in the reconstruction of Iraq and welcomed Seoul's participation in the state's reconstruction projects.
