Absentee Voting to Take Place April 9-10

Absentee voting for the April 15th general election will take place for two days next month.

People unable to take part in the April 15th general election at a designated voting office must register as an absentee voter from March 27th to 31st.

Registered absentee voters are required to present their ID's in order to cast their ballots at polls to be set up near their residence. Polling stations will remain open from ten a.m. to four p.m. for two days - April 9th and 10th.

The elderly living in sanitariums and people with physical disabilities will be allowed to vote at their places of residence.
