S. Korea Wins World Speed-Skating Championships for 3rd Consecutive Year

South Korea has nabbed gold medals in eleven out of twelve racing events to win the world short-track speed-skating championship for the third consecutive year.

On the last day of the championship Monday in Goteborg, Sweden, South Korea added more golds in the 1,000- and 3,000-meter sprints, a relay as well as male and female individual events.

South Korea also added three silvers and three bronzes to the total medal tally, breaking its own record set in 2002.
